Terms & Conditions
Cancellation, refund, trip-protection, waiting-time, safety, payment, and service rules for MCO Port Transportation by Orange Tours & Transportation LLC.
By booking, paying for, entering, or using the transportation service, the customer and every passenger agree to these terms. Contact us before booking if you do not understand or accept a provision.
General cancellation policy
Full payment is normally processed about five days (120 hours) before the scheduled service. A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.
Approved refunds are generally returned within 7โ10 business days. A cancellation within 48 hours is non-refundable regardless of illness, personal emergency, schedule change, airline disruption, weather, or a third partyโs action.
No-show policy
A passenger is a no-show when the passenger does not appear, cannot be reached, fails to contact the driver, or is absent when the driver must leave. No-shows are charged the entire fare and receive no refund.
Trip protection
Optional trip protection allows cancellation or rescheduling for any reason until one hour before the tripโs departure time.
When a covered cancellation qualifies, the transportation amount is reimbursed less the trip-protection cost and any applicable processing charge. At least one hour of notice is required. No protection refund is available after the one-hour deadline.
Airport waiting-time policy
For MCO pickup, the driver follows the actual gate arrival of the flight supplied in the reservation. The normal meeting is inside baggage claim or the designated meet-and-greet area. Weather, lightning, ramp restrictions, and airport instructions may prevent curbside pickup.
Port and other-location waiting may be billed at $75 per hour in 15-minute increments after the applicable included period. Correct flight information is required. A missing or incorrect flight number may lead to missed service without a refund.
Grace period
Hotels, resorts, cruise ports, and other non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. When extended waiting is available, it costs $10 per additional 10 minutes. If it is not available, the driver may depart after 15 minutes.
A passenger who has not appeared or contacted the driver by the end of the grace period may be treated as a no-show with no refund.
Safety and general rules
- A vehicle may never exceed its listed seating capacity.
- Smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, and alcohol consumption are prohibited inside every vehicle.
- Passengers must follow laws, wear seat belts, obey reasonable driver instructions, and keep children properly restrained.
- Pets and emotional-support animals may be accepted when disclosed in advance; necessary cleaning charges may apply.
- Only sealed or bottled water may be consumed. Foods or drinks likely to stain, spill, or create a strong odor are not allowed.
Delays and early arrivals
We make reasonable efforts to accommodate delayed and early flights, but immediate vehicle availability is not guaranteed. An early-arriving passenger may wait until closer to the originally scheduled time. Weather, technical issues, and operational conflicts are managed according to available drivers and vehicles.
If the airline changes the flight number, date, airport, or route, the customer must send the new information immediately.
Conduct, safety, and restrictions
Customers must provide correct itinerary information, be ready on time, act safely and respectfully, supervise children and dependents, and leave the vehicle reasonably clean. Cleaning charges may reach $500 for bodily fluids, spills, excessive mess, or contamination.
Weapons prohibited
Firearms, knives, ammunition, explosives, chemical sprays, and other weapons or hazardous devices are prohibited, except when carried lawfully by an on-duty sworn law-enforcement officer.
Right to refuse or end service
Service may be refused or stopped for threats, harassment, unsafe behavior, unsanitary conditions, illegal activity, rule violations, or conduct that endangers the driver, passengers, vehicle, or public. Removal for passenger misconduct is treated as a no-show.
Passenger damage and belongings
Passengers are responsible for damage or cleaning resulting from spills, bodily fluids, food, vandalism, misuse, or broken equipment. Charges may include the full reasonable cost of repair, replacement, cleaning, and remediation.
Orange Tours is not responsible for belongings left behind. Items located after service may be held for seven days and then discarded. Safety, cleanliness, vehicle-condition, damage, or driver-conduct concerns must be reported promptly during the ride whenever possible.
Seat belts and car seats
Every passenger must use a seat belt. Courtesy car seats and boosters may be supplied when requested in advance; however, the parent or guardian must inspect the seat, verify the installation, and correctly position and secure the child. Use of supplied child restraints is at the parent or guardianโs responsibility.
Additional charges and grocery stops
Final pricing may include tolls, parking, taxes, fuel adjustments, cleaning or repair, waiting, additional stops, itinerary changes, special equipment, accommodations, and payment-processing charges. Applicable charges are disclosed on the quote or invoice.
Grocery stop
A grocery stop must be requested when booking. The standard eligible stop costs $25 for 20 minutes; extra time costs $10 per additional 10 minutes or part thereof. Operational delays may require removal of the stop.
After-hours pickup
The applicable late-night or early-morning fee is shown in the written quote and reservation total. The current MCO Port schedule is $25 for pickups from 8:00 PMโ10:29 PM and $40 from 10:30 PMโ7:30 AM.
Itinerary modifications
Requests involving pickup time, destination, passenger count, vehicle, flight details, or stops should be submitted at least 48 hours before service. Later changes depend on availability and may be declined or repriced.
Service interruptions
Service may be delayed, changed, or canceled because of hazardous weather, crashes, flooding, mechanical failure, medical emergency, police or government activity, road closure, airport or port restrictions, or other operational conditions beyond reasonable control.
When affected service cannot be performed, the available remedy is limited to rescheduling or refunding the affected service at the companyโs discretion. Consequential losses are excluded. Customers are responsible for choosing adequate time buffers for flights, cruises, events, reservations, and connections.
Stroller rentals
Stroller rental is available only with eligible round-trip transportation and must be requested when the original booking is made. A rental may include a Baby Jogger single or double stroller, parent console, rain cover, name sign, and bottled water, depending on availability.
The stroller and accessories must be returned at the return pickup. Missing or damaged items, or failure to appear for return service, may result in a replacement charge up to $1,000. A damage waiver may include a $50 deductible. Excessive cleaning may cost up to $100.
Independent contractors
Orange Tours & Transportation LLC may assign all or part of a trip to an independent transportation provider. Such providers are not employees and may not change these terms or bind Orange Tours to a different agreement. By booking and traveling, the customer accepts properly arranged subcontracted service.
Liability limit
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orange Toursโ total liability for a claim connected to a service is limited to the amount the customer paid for the specific disputed service. Customers agree to protect and reimburse Orange Tours for claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the customerโs conduct, breach, misuse of the service, or harm caused by passengers or dependents.
Florida law and legal waivers
Florida law governs these terms. Legal proceedings must be filed in the appropriate state court in Orange County, Florida. To the extent enforceable, customers waive jury trial and class or collective proceedings. Claims must be filed within one year of the incident.
Audio, video, and GPS
Vehicles may use continuously active audio/video equipment and GPS tracking for safety, security, training, dispatch, and trip documentation. Booking, entering, or riding constitutes consent to these systems. A passenger who does not consent must not use the service. Recording or tracking equipment may not be covered, disabled, or interfered with.
Road-travel risks and release
Transportation includes inherent risks such as traffic collisions, sudden stops, road hazards, weather, mechanical problems, delays, and the conduct of other road users. Passengers accept those ordinary risks and remain responsible for children, dependents, and personal belongings.
To the fullest extent Florida law permits, customers release Orange Tours & Transportation LLC from claims arising from ordinary transportation risks, except claims caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. These provisions survive completion, cancellation, no-show, payment dispute, or termination of service.
