Orlando International Airport uses Terminals A, B, and C. Your reservation should include the airline and flight number so the correct terminal and meeting location can be confirmed.
Terminal A
Baggage claim is on Level 2. Your driver communicates the meeting details for the confirmed airline and carousel area.
Terminal B
Baggage claim is on Level 2. Pickup instructions are coordinated around the confirmed arrival and destination.
Terminal C
Baggage claim and the meet-and-greet area are on Level 6. Your driver confirms the location before pickup.

Hourly service works well when the traveler needs the vehicle between meetings or when several local stops must stay under one reservation.
Minimum hours, travel time, mileage, parking, tolls, taxes, after-hours service, credit-card charges, waiting, gratuity, and requested stops may affect the final total. All applicable charges are confirmed in writing.

Can you coordinate several executives arriving on different flights?+
Yes. Submit every travelerβs name, flight number, terminal, arrival time, phone number, destination, and luggage total. We will recommend separate or combined pickups based on timing and capacity.
Do you serve all MCO terminals?+
Yes. We arrange pickups for Terminals A, B, and C. MCOβs official maps place baggage claim on Level 2 in Terminals A and B and on Level 6 in Terminal C; final meeting instructions are sent for the travelerβs confirmed terminal.
Can the driver remain available between meetings?+
Hourly reservations are available by advance arrangement. Send the full schedule and expected wait time so the quote can include the appropriate service window.
Can you transport convention attendees and exhibitors?+
Yes. We serve the Orange County Convention Center, International Drive hotels, meeting venues, and event locations. Larger movements may require several vehicles and a custom plan.
How are flight delays handled?+
We monitor ordinary flight-time changes. If the airline changes the date, flight number, airport, or itinerary, the traveler or coordinator should contact us immediately.
Can we add a client dinner or unscheduled stop?+
Planned stops should be included in the quote. Same-day additions depend on driver availability, route, and timing and may add cost.
Are gratuity and after-hours service included?+
Gratuity is not included. Pickups from 8:00 PMβ10:29 PM add $25, and pickups from 10:30 PMβ7:30 AM add $40. Other charges are disclosed in the final quote.
How do we request recurring or multi-day service?+
Use the corporate quote form and list each day, traveler or group, pickup, destination, and required arrival time. We will review the full program and respond with a custom plan.
